Over 25 years ago, civil engineer Nikolaos Kiritopoulos – father of the company’s founder – began his path in Greek real estate development, constructing residential buildings, including townhouse complexes in Thessaloniki and single-family homes in Chalkida and Volos.

Today, Dimitrios Kiritopoulos and his family proudly carry forward this legacy with renewed energy, an avantgarde mindset and more than four decades of international experience across diverse real estate segments.
